They should design storefronts that create a connection between their stores and their neighbors. Because when neighbors love what you’re doing, they’ll empty their pockets to help out. They don’t really want those chain stores everywhere.”

Birth Day Presence Workshop with Ina May Gaskin

The special workshop for midwives, doulas, and birth assistants will teach techniques Gaskin learned to keep labor moving along, specifically techniques to correct or deal with OP positions, ascynclitism, and should dystocia. She will also present the goals of the Safe Motherhood Quilt Project. Ina May is also promoting her new book Birth Matters: A Midwife’s Manifesta.
